Re: loud mouthpieces

I think Bill means these mouthpieces...

LOUD Mouthpieces - Trumpet Mouthpieces

Hope this helps the topic along. I'd like to know if these pieces are any good too.

Anything with a shallower cup will sound louder.

Peace

Re: loud mouthpieces

Hi , I am trying to switch mouthpieces, for tonal quality , I am useing a parduba 5 double cup. have been since i was a freshman in high school, am no 64, but I have had 20 year break and now trying to get back into playing. I have switched to a Back 110 w. cushion is realy great, but lower lip seems like it falls in, is this too much of a change at one time or should I do it more gradualy. thanks you for listening

Re: loud mouthpieces

What is a Back 110?

If you are used to small diameter pieces then stick with them. It may take some time for you chops to get in the "grove" but they will.

I play on a Curry 10 (.610).

Peace
