| Re: Plastic Mouthpieces? generaly they work well there is a girl in our band that plays on one all year round and gets a wonderful tone out of it. I personaly only use one during the cold weather of marching season but i think it just depends on the player as to whether or not your comfortable with it all the time. |

![]() ![]() | Re: Plastic Mouthpieces? I thought Thomas lubitz in Germany made Bobby a custom Acrylic glass mouthpiece (looking a LOT like the Kelly). I've been using a Kelly with a MegaSleeve until my Curry lexan rimmed pieces arrive. I'm switching over due to a recent diagnosis of having allergic reactions to silver and gold mouthpieces. -T |

| Re: Plastic Mouthpieces? I'm a big proponent of the Kelly plastic mouthpieces. The 7C in particular... very under rated. |

I think the brass mouthpiece would blow the plastic mouthpiece away in just one note but until someone comes up with that test, it's all conjecture. ML | |
