![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | Wedge Flugel mouthpiece clip: Body and Soul Body and Soul ala Freddie H 916 low fi - Putfile.com Okay... so this might be the most double/triple time you've heard on a "ballad" but after a night of mostly lush ballads I thought I'd rip open a very Freddie Hubbard-like version of Body and Soul. I used the Verse to Stardust as a solo intro... we played Stardust (sans the verse) in the first set. I used my Kanstul 1525 flugel with a Wedge 3 deep cupped mouthpiece. Awesome combo and REALLY easy to play. Check it out on my listen page... it's a long file so be patient for the download. Cheers and thanks to Dr. Dave for making the flugel as fun to play as the trumpet now!
