    What is a thin mute?

Hi, I'm playing trumpet in the pit orchestra for my high school's musical The Sound of Music. My part calls for 3 mutes: a straight mute and cup mute, which I have, and a "thin mute." I've never heard of this mute before and got no results when I googled it. Anybody know what it is?
