You're too young for the beer!

Try replacing beer with curry in your dreams...works for me!

Don't forget to have the full English breakfast.

Bah, beer is for sissies. Three shots of 151 will put you to bed early.

Just kidding, don't listen to the devil talk. Wait until you're 21, even in a foreign country, and you'll be glad you did. I did, and six months into the pro years I only drink on rare occassions, and even then I don't drink too much. Haven't been plastered yet, and I don't intend on getting plastered anytime soon. If you don't wait until 21, you could risk joining the underage rebel crowd and become a looozer long before you fulfill your life.

Other than that, enjoy the isles and report back!!!

My parents let me have tastes of things already. I actually am not a big fan of most alcoholic beverages..though I do like Champagne!

Yes Lara, they have CHILD labor laws---and that is why that child is laboring so hard over your grand new horn. Leigh, your secret is now out!

The reason I would suggest for at least trying some beer over here (not going out and getting plastered - that's a different story) is that living in the US, you won't have the chance to try decent beer, even when you are 21.
Although I do agree with Pat about the curry - you need to get some good curry in you whilst you are over here.

See you soon.

Solar Bell has a spectacular aura about
Lara,

If you're going to try Brit beer, you might as well have kidney pie and a little Bubble And Squeak to boot!
Also, you'll have to try Black Pudding, Bangers and Mash, and don't forget Heinz's Baked beans on your toast.
(Don't forget your Pepcid or Rolaids or Pepto Bismol)
And of course, TEA!

My grandfather was sooo British!
