| Pianissimo User | Freaking aggrevated. I've wasted the last 3 hours of my life trying to beat Jordan on Expert. I've got everything song you can think of with at least 4 stars on expert played. But when it comes down to playing jordan? I can't do it! This piece kills me, and i'm pissed that I've actually spent mor etime playing this stupid game today, than playing trumpet... So a show of hands perhaps, who plays it, and do you hate jordan? My arm is tired now, I think I'll go ice it down with a good beer. Jon |

| Pianissimo User | Re: Anyone play Guitar Hero II? I'm really.. Eh I wanted to add a little more to those who many don't have any idea what i'm talking about, so here is the short version: 1) The object of guitar hero is much like Dance Dance Revolution, you have to hit a coloured marker at the right time, how ever this is complicated by having to strum on the fake guitar as well. ![]() This is the controller. "Frets(colourd buttons)" a Bar to strum as if you're playing the strings, 'wammy bar(tremmolo)', those are the parts the matter. You have to strum and strike the write colour at the exact right time. Seems pretty easy? Well after you get the hang of it is, however there is a demon bastard child out there on this game, that I just cannot seem to get better than 3 stars. It's a song by Buckethead called Jordan, below is a video for you to now understand my frustration. For those of you who didn't need the explanation, and know exactly what i'm talking aobut, sit back, watch the video, and relieve the pain as this guy absolutely destroys this song, but it's still not 100%. Enjoy, Jon : |

| Re: Anyone play Guitar Hero II? I'm really.. I tried geetar hero for the first time a few weeks ago (finals week, should've been studying!). I'm not anywhere close to beating Jordan on expert, it's pretty monstrous on any difficulty for me. Since I was using my friend's game I might have to buy my own and play it over the summer. It's a lot of fun and kills time like nothing else. |

| Pianissimo User | Re: Anyone play Guitar Hero II? I'm really.. Good think he didn't have the 360 version. The smaller fret buttons make it much more challenging to play, and I've noticed the strain on my wrist is a hell of a lot worse...stupid game is so addictive. Jon |

| Re: Anyone play Guitar Hero II? I'm really.. I'm guessing "Trumpet hero" would'nt be a terribly marketable game title. The way pop music is going these days, how about "nob twistin' button pushin' hero"? Last edited by c.nelson : 06-05-2007 at 03:16 PM. |

| Re: Anyone play Guitar Hero II? I'm really.. Yeah... um... Loooove the game, but do now own it. Therefore, I am only at the top of being able to play things on hard, and i still hear that noise many times when i miss a note. I too want it, but i fear throwing my life away moreso than i do now! |
