I want to know how the h-e-double hockey sticks he was able to do this stuff in his parents basement without their knowledge. I'd charge the parents as accessories. Or at the very least charge them with felony stupid

Here's a jerk making bombs and guns in his basement, buying the makin's for explosives, recruiting other lunatics to join him and bragging about it as a service to the community, and I'm being "harsh"?

We don´t often agree but I´m with Deecy on this one. Today´s permissive society is allowing kids to grow up without proper adult guidance. Sure the parents are as much at fault as the kid but when you have the need to turn something around you have to get at the root of the problem. Giving him a "mild" charge, letting him serve some minor time with others of his own leanings will only serve to increase his (mis)education. Time to get serious and let both the parents AND the kid AND everyone who has any interest in this case that the time for the bullshtt to stop is here... NOW!

Driving while talking on a cell phone is illegal in Germany.

Look...I'm all for the maximum penalty and all that...but encouraging Sodomy for this (or ANY) kid? I don't care how dangerous a kid it, I'm not sure that's a step I would reccomend.

and I don't believe I ever suggested offering him "understanding".

Maximum time hard labor. Stick it to him hard (uh oh...pun warning...), but Sodomy? I can't agree with that bit....this IS still a kid we're talking about here, no matter how demented.

I can see incarceration, hard time, being placed in a hug me jacket and only allowed to talk to the four walls that encase him but sodomy?

I can't hop on board that train fellas. He may be a lot of things; but he's still a minor and you can't very well have child sex laws if your going to allow sodomy as a form of punishment.

Now I'm no dummy; I know that it can happen depending on where he's incarcerated and for how long.

But I can't get on board with recommending it as a form of punishment handed out by a judge. Now if it should happen well that's a different story!
