 |  Celebration of Hope Note: this is a totally shameless advertisement for a charity event that I have organized. CELEBRATION OF HOPE A benefit concert celebrating the 5oth Anniversary of the Meansville Campus of Georgia Baptist Children’s Homes. Mucial program includes: The Gospel Gazette, Harmony, Mary Jane Williamson, Doug Melton, And More! 50 Years have come and gone and thousands of children have found hope and healing through the ministry of Georgia Baptist Children’s Homes’ Meansville Campus. Please join us on Saturday, March 24, 2007 6:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. for a night of free musical entertainment and inspiration to mark this special milestone in the history of our agency. If any of you Georgians have a chance it would be great to see you there! Although I am not scheduled to perform (as event sponsor, I will be busy dealing with the usually chaos that surrounds such an event), I will have my horn with me, and 15-20 minutes of music ready as an "emergency back-up" in case somebody does not show up. |
