| Piano User | As a senior in college, I was just curious where all the high school seniors were planning on auditioning. I also wanted to plug Frostburg (can't help it), we've got a pretty good music program, though it is a bit small. But small is very good, as you get more attention from your teachers, and more help overall. As far as the trumpet and jazz side of things go, we've got a great trumpet teacher (Steve McKnight) who also teaches Jazz ensemble. And, this was the first semester for our new Latin Ensemble! The latin ensemble is a working group, and next semester will be the first semester we're going to play in the community. PM me if you have any questions! |

| Re: College Auditions - Where are you auditioning? Hm, you go to Frostburg State U? I have a million friends there. Unfortunately, I'm not planning on a major in music, or I would be seriously considering there. I only live about an hour from there. Cool to know they have a good music program! |
