Don't Forget MOM !

Sunday is Mother's Day, here in the USA. (Dunno that UK, Canada, rest of the "immediate world" have similar ?).

Please honor your mother in some meaningful way ... (for Christians -- it is a Commandment, you may recall.). Can be anything; ... like a card, flowers, taking her to dinner, etc.

My mother is in relatively good health, but has mobility and vision "issues" (DMV would not re-new her driver's license recently, thankfully).

My "Mother's Day Present" for her is better transport. I just bought a van with a handicap-assist lift.

I realize this isn't a common situation, but I know her life (and my back!) will be much better.

Mother's day in the UK is sometime in March.

I usually go to church and light a candle for her.

They celebrate it in Europe too.

I have all of my "mother's" covered. Mom, mom-in-law, grandmother, 2 grandmothers-in-law and my sister. Cards and flowers abound to them all in thanks for their love. (and my credit card melted LOL)

Good luck getting his attention. I think he has been spending his time checking out the hot momma's all over Vegas.

Glad you said this, if not I would have...

As for my moms; at least the ones that I feel deserve it, they are all covered.

To all other moms; Happy Mothersday may you spend it with the persons or things that you love the most!
