FAQ

In order to participate in the chat room you must be a registered member of the TM. Use your TM username and password if prompted for this info.

How do I enter the Chat Room?

Notice the Link Bar on top of every page of the TM

Is it possible to see who is in the Chat Room before I enter?

Yes! On the TM forums page notice the users online box at the very bottom of the forum. This area tells you how many chat rooms are available and who is in what room

Is Private Messaging available?

Yes! It is possible to have a private conversation while in the chat room. Click on the username you wish to chat with and select Private message.

How do I Switch Rooms?

Notice on the upper left hand side above the chat area and below Welcome "Username" the room name is displayed. Follow that over to the right hand side to the arrows. You can select rooms there.

-On the lower left hand side of the chat room you can set your status to

-Notice the Options button below the chat area. Here you can control many different settings inculding: "Themes" "Sounds" "Effects" and "Text'

-It is possible to change the color of your text. Notice the box below the chat area between the Options and Save buttons.

-It is possible to save Chat transcripts. Notice the SAVE button below the chat area.

-Notice the button. Here you have a list of smilies that can be used while chatting

-The B button will bold your text

-The I button will put your text in italicas
