Does anyone have any information on the outcome of our beloved brotha' Phil Driscoll's sentencing hearing?
Where do we send our best wishes... metal files...and letters of encouragement?

Here's the latest news, from a couple of weeks ago:

Basically, sentencing has been delayed until late next month, due to the federal persecutors . . . emmm . . . I mean PROSECUTORS, asking the judge to nail 'ol Phil for the MAXIMUM length sentence the US allows for punishment of his specified "sins."

In other words . . . the lawyers are gonna get more money as they delay his sentencing to build more of a case to get him off sooner . . .

Heck, I'll bet they'll charge ol' Phil more to defend him . . . than Phil owed the government ($128,000). Oh well . . . don't get me started on lawyers.

I couldn't agree with you more...about the Lawyers fees & court costs being far and away higher than any fines or even what he owes the babyBush n-his-badboys.
