![]() | God Takes Care Of Fools-dogs-n' Brotha Driscoll I just noticed that our beloved brotha in Brass has been sentenced to one year in prison....or time off for good behavior, in his TAX evasion Ministries trial. http://www.canadaeast.com/cp/enterta...rticleID=95662 Congratulations to Phil and his success in keeping so many of his "GLEANINGS, such as vacation homes..boats,cars, planes with such a gift from the IRS that he only has to pay a small pit-n' pentance of what he and his Ministry actually owed. (Seems he has friends in sooooomany high places. Perhaps lending truth to that old statement: "GOD TAKES CARE OF FOOLS-DOGS-N' now brother Phil! Just to show your concern and faith...go to his www.mightyhorn.com and follow through with their request of sending a mere $10.00 donation to keep that website goin' while Phil is away, doing his blessings behind bars where he can bring his talents to so many up close, one on one and so personal. Let's keep Phil on our list....and may his blessings and humility and service continue to grow, as he brings his gift to those so needy that are behind bars. Thanks be to God, who works in so many mystical ways n' all that jazz. Last edited by BADBOY-DON; 01-29-2007 at 04:55 PM. Reason: unworkable link |

![]() | Re: God Takes Care Of Fools-dogs-n' Brotha Driscoll "isn't exactly clear" IS EXACTLY CORRECT! Guess we all "rippppp' what we sow..n' all that jazz. Although I do make one thing CRYSTAL clear...We are truly all fallen creatures and some of us live in pretty, pretty glass cages...and with that I don't mean to be thrownin the first stone. I honestly feel and hope that if Phil is truly as devoted and caring as he says he is....he will get through this in style and profile and will have many more years of working in the field of souls...and no, I doubt if I will be sending in my $10.00 donation. |

![]() | Re: God Takes Care Of Fools-dogs-n' Brotha Driscoll Well, I guess "Brother Phil" will get lots of practice time soon... We can count on a new CD... "Brass Bars" I understand you get a large stainless steel Harmon mute in each cell too... Meanwhile... we have so, so many other ministries out there with registered Bentley's and Rolls Royces... Benny Who? Phil is just a drop in the bucket... As a person of faith I often think, WWJD... about these folks... |

![]() | Re: God Takes Care Of Fools-dogs-n' Brotha Driscoll I know people who have owed less money than driscoll and spent more time in prison for the same thing. He got lucky.

![]() | Re: God Takes Care Of Fools-dogs-n' Brotha Driscoll Remember: A sin is a sin is a sin. Each and everyone of us has some type of skeleton in the closet that we are not proud of. There may even be things in there that could have landed us in jail or prison, but we didn't get caught. It does sound like you are casting the first stone! There is no way we can tell what he is going through (he said he didn't know about it) unless we are where he is. Was he wrong? yes. Will this teach him a lesson? hopefully. His mistakes are just under a microscope because he is in the position he is in. Be careful when you do throw those stones. Trax p.s. my opinion |
