Alright, a small explanation here.

'Zondheid is short for "gezondheid" and is usually said when making a toast. As if to say "to your health". (yes, it is also said when someone sneezes)

"Mazo!" is another shortened chant or blessing for "Mazoltav!" Same kind of thing.
