| Fortissimo User | Help With Explaining to the Wife The next time you buy some horns and the "family financial controller" questions your intelligence, use this picture. Explain to her that you could have been a boater instead. (Imagine telling the wife "hey.. but the credit union had a GREAT, low interest rate for boat loans!) ![]() Alternate use: Is this what's known as a "Prairie Schooner"? |

| Fortissimo User | Go out and play with the "slough sharks" in Lake Diefenbaker? The honest truth is I received that "postcard" last night in the mail. It IS an advertisement for low interest rate loans at a Credit Union! It does look kinda like Saskatchewan though... where a man can watch his dog (or wife) run away for 3 days straight. |

| Fortissimo User | Gary, I had one too. And then I changed jobs/companies and moved out west. Sold the boat... just couldn't justify having 21' of aluminum sitting in the driveway without a trailer! LOL. (Wife's cousin has a little operation in BC though. http://www.cruising.bc.ca/ ) |
