BTW, where were the street bands in Boston that night the Sox took the Series? That was the most pitiful attempt at a celebration I ever saw - more mounted police than fans. Not a single trumpet - not even a viola - how can you celebrate without music?! They should have rousted the Pops out of bed. IMHO.

I heard this morning that the Blues beat the Red Wings three times this season. I am not a hockey fan but when I found out how hard core the old ShilkeB6 was I enjoy hearing about Detroit losing.

I enjoyed watching Missouri beat Arkansas.
If only Hawaii could have pulled it off.

Illinois was a disgrace in the Rose Bowl.
Oklahoma was a disgrace in the Tostedos Bowl.

Ya'll are in some high cotton Mr. Freedman. :) I'm in Balto, and i take my life in my hands when i tell people here i'm a Sox fan. Course you should see the looks, when i say i'm a Yankees fan too. -Hope Angelos will quit micro-managing things as he's suggested he'll do. The O's could use some of that clear water your all's clubs must be drinkin'. :) Congratulations to BC as well.
