How to include quotes?

Could someone please tell me how to include those cool recessed quotes from other posts when I'm responding? On quick response the "Include quote" is not highlighted for me, and I don't see a way to do it on the "Advanced Response".

Just click the quote button on the bottom of the post you want to quote and the system will do it for you
