How many trumpets do you own?

Heh, for me that is a short answer - seven. I wish I could "collect" horns, but I usually sell one to get another. I still have a couple of decades to go, so maybe my collection will grow. This picture is from Leon Petre's studio in Belgium. This picture does not include other trumpets strewn across the room, quite a few in cases in another room and about ten natural trumpets in all keys decorating the entrance hall to his home. He has a dizzying collection in all keys and styles. Make sure to click on the picture so you can see the large version.

I've got four or five I regularly use. That number increases to seven to include all playable horns, and nine for the couple of wall hangers.

I've only got 5: 2 Bb (well, one now "belongs" to my son...he's six) 1 C, 1 Eb/D, 1 picc. Trying to convince the financial advisor (my wife) that I need a new C, so far to no avail.

Only 4 here:

Eclipse MR Bb
Schilke B1
Eterna 800L cornet
Jupiter 846L flugel

Unless you include the two horns I seem to have permanently "loaned" to my kids:

Besson International Bb (Kanstul)
Yamaha YTS 61 tenor sax

The piano and penny whistles are my wife's. The violin is a rental for my daughter.
