![]() | Sounds like the recoil spring came unsprung. After years of mowing and weed whacking, our new home has now lawn. I put down the wood chips that were made during clearing our lot. I just bought a woodchipper to work from my tractor, so I can clean up our woods (all 12 acres) and replenish those that were spread. I do have a weed whacker, but it came with a brush cutter, so I use that to clear out brambles and such. Have fun working on your tool. They always seem to fall apart, just when we need them. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() | You have the memory of an elephant mania Good news on the Weed Wacker. I bought the POS at Wal Mart and I got what I paid for. So I went in there with the Weed Wacker (no box and no receipt) and put it on their returns desk. After a little hassle they gave me a new one. So now I have a new POS but I saved the box and receipt so when this one breaks there should be less of a problem! Quote:
