The only part of the sex-change operation they have not figured out how to do yet. I know a few men who became women, but the other way could be a bit difficult..........

There is a man living in England (though I'm not sure where he is from originally) who has had two sex changes. To female genitals and back. There is a procedure for creating male genitals for women (Adedichtomy? Too funny!) but I'm not sure how it works. I am sure that the person with the new genitals would not be able to function sexually without the aid of, er, prosthetics.

This sort of thing is why I firmly believe that sex changes are never correct.
