I'm curious -- If he had killed himself would his estate have had to pay the damages? I like the idea of a person being held accountable, and this shows that in that country they don't fool around.

He should have to pay for the delay for the passengers or goods, the cost of the emergency response and any and all medical expenses too.

I wonder how fast the train was giong? I've never tried it; nor do I feel inclined to, but it seems to me that for him to miss time his jump that train had to be flying.

Had he landed in front of it YUCK!
