Jazzophone. A new kind of Trumpet???

I was surfing the www and came across a very cool instrument called a Jazzophone. From what I gather it is a trumpet that is shaped like a saxaphone! Here are a few pics that I was able to get off the www

The only site I could find on the web is a German site that lists the Jazzophone as an instrument under the 'INDEX' on the middle of the left hand side of the page. http://www.instrumentenweb.com
Anyone know anything about this cool looking instrument???

Well, the first photo comes from Andy Taylor's website and the 'instrument' uses a trumpet mouthpiece: http://www.taylortrumpets.com/images/jazophoneart.jpg

The second one ... is definitely different! Looks like the results of a 3-way between a trumpet, an alto sax and a bassoon!

Thanks Ed

You confirmed what I was thinking. I was going to http://www.taylortrumpets.com/ to ask Andy if he knew what a Jazzophone was Its such a cool looking unique horn that it would definatly turn heads at gigs!
