![]() ![]() | The winner of this contest will receive a New York Trumpet Company NY7 Bb Trumpet The last member to post in THIS THREAD will be declared the winner and will receive the Trumpet! What determines the last poster is how much time goes by between posts. It will start at 24 hours between posts on Feb 1. So if 24 hours and 1 minute (according to our post time stamps) goes by without someone posting and you were the last post then you win the trumpet! The time frame will get shorter each day! For instance if 10 minutes must pass then actually 11 will show for a winner and so on. If 5 minutes has to pass then a difference of 6 minutes actually need to be reflected. The RULES 1. Your first post in this thread (may be made at any point in the contest) must answer the following questions:
2. You must display a NYTC contest signature in your posts made in this forum. (Update 2/1/08 - Do not alter the 355 x 125 NYTC image that is provided) ![]() http://www.trumpetmaster.com/vb/f193...elp-37934.html 3. You must display an avatar (small image) below your user name. http://www.trumpetmaster.com/vb/f166...der-37458.html (Avatar Tutorial (how to display an image under your username)) 4. You must have 5 posts in the regular TrumpetMaster.com forums to participate in this contest. Posts made in this contest forum will not count towards your post count. Your post count must read at least 5 to be considered. The Fine PrintYou must follow these 4 rules EXACTLY. If you do not follow the rules exactly you have no chance of winning the prize even if you are the last member to post. We can not monitor members 1st or subsequent posts to make sure they are following the rules. If you are going to participate in this contest (or are already participating) please review the rules very closely so that you do not waste your time. Although we do everything we can to have 100% site up time we are at the mercy of our hosting company. We have paid for extra bandwidth and memory this month in anticipation of this contest but we can not guarantee the site will not go down at some point during the contest. The NYTC contest will not be won because of a server error / site down time.[/b] If the site should go down we will get it back up and give everyone some time to get back online. The contest will be restarted, and the time between posts will be the same. We will try to make this as fair as possible. The use of bots / scripts etc is not allowed and cheaters will be banned. Contest is under way as of 2/1/08 Good Luck! |

| Piano User | Re: NYTC Prize / Rules / Enter contest here starting 2/1/08! Hello. I have played the trumpet for only about six years. My first trumpet was an old beaten up Amati student model. It wasn't too bad though. I would like to own an NYTC NY7 so that I can sell my Bach Strad and have some spare cash! I would like to thank the New York Trumpet Company for sponsoring this wonderful contest.

![]() | Re: NYTC Prize / Rules / Enter contest here starting 2/1/08! Not sure if this is where entries go but lets get the contest started. I have played trumpet for 22 years with a 10 year break in. I started playing again last year at a friends wedding. My first trumpet was a Conn 1000B Doc Severinsen model. I would like to own a NYTC trumpet because I have heard nothing but good things about them and would love to have a new professional trumpet to play. Game on Gavin |

![]() | Re: NYTC Prize / Rules / ENTERIES GO HERE! Contest started 2/1/08! I started playing trumpet in the 4th grade and stopped playing after high school. I am now back into the game and a music ed major at ISU. SO, I have been playing for 9.5 years. My first horn was actually a buescher aristocrat cornet that belonged to my dad when he was in high school. My first TRUMPET was a Yamaha 4325s that I got for Christmas in the 7th grade. Consequently, im still playing a 4325s. I left a well paying job to go back to school for music, so now I am a full time music student, work 30hrs/week and am also a husband, and a father of two little girls, so stepping up to a pro horn right now is simply not in the finances. This is why I would love to own a NYTC NY7. Ive not heard a bad thing about nytc products in any form.

| Forte User | Re: NYTC Prize / Rules / ENTERIES GO HERE! Contest started 2/1/08! I stared playing Trumpet 5 years ago when I was an 8th grader. I own a Bach Strad Omega, but my first horn was a Bach Student model horn, I'm not sure which model . Owning a NYTC horn would be the most awesome thing in the world, since i wouldn't have to buy one Good luck to everyone.

![]() ![]() | Re: NYTC Prize / Rules / ENTERIES GO HERE! Contest started 2/1/08! I started playing trumpet in 5th grade, which would be about 13 years ago? My first trumpet was a Holton. I'd like to win because I don't own a B-flat trumpet and I've taken some flak for playing C trumpet on commercial gigs. I've heard a lot of great things about the NYTC, so I thought I'd give it a shot! -Jimi

| New Friend | Re: NYTC Prize / Rules / ENTERIES GO HERE! Contest started 2/1/08! I have played trumpet for about 9 years or so. I started off practicing every day (for the first few years...even brought the horn with me on road trips), and now do that in college. (I'm trying to pick up a performance degree on top of everything else I am doing here) My first horn was a Bach TR300, I still have it to this day (not as my main horn of course...it's sort of sentimental) I would love to have a NYTC NY7 so I could have a REALLY nice Bb to use from here on out. Instead of thinking about whether I should try to save up to get a really nice Bb or get another instrument first (all horns in my sig other than my Bb are school horns) I will KNOW I have a great Bb, and well play it for a long time. I want to wish everybody luck on this and hope somebody deserving wins the horn, and whoever wins it will value it and play it every day (like I will if I win!) but seriously, it would be sad to see something great like this to go to waste.
