![]() | Out of Field Teaching As a substitute that likes to work a lot, I find I have to do a lot of sub as a para (ok other then the pay stinks compared to teaching) or out of field, which I do with mixed results, sometimes successfully other times not. Any suggestions from people that have done this on what to do better. I have limited things that I fell on my butt doing in the past. Well off to pretend to be an elementary art teacher. Thanks guys
