![]() | out to lunch, be back in... 3 weeks! And by lunch, I mean vacation. I just finished school (no degree, just decided that my brain was full...) and will be starting an almost fulltime office job on June 14, so I'm going backpacking in Europe with my best friend. I wasn't going to bring a trumpet, but the idea of playing excerpts from Alpine Symphony while actually in the Alps is too tempting... See you guys later! -Jimi |

| Re: out to lunch, be back in... For me, playing Mahler 3 Posthorn Solo on top of a mountain above Innsbruck was amazing! Definitely take a horn, but keep it simple and don't beat yourself up if you aren't playing! If you have a lightweight single hard case, all the better - you can strap it onto your backpack.... Have a fabulous time - wherever you go and whatever you see and do, it will change your life in a great way. Look forward to hearing all about it when you get back- |
