Is the price of gas going up everywhere?

What's the deal? All the refineries are back on line, and most parts of the country have had pretty mild winters so far. Yes, some places are having bad weather (so they are using more oil for heat), but that also means less travel (thus less use of gasoline). That should increase the supply vs the demand (that usually means lower prices).

The price here has gone up about 20 cents since Thanksgiving. How is this possible?

Gas has seriously gone up 20 cents where you live. Damn. The gas here has probably dropped 20 cents. Interesting...

Gas always goes up around holidays because of the increased demand for travel. Watch what happens after the new year. I think Toots is right. Those shoes are expensive!
