| Oh man, I loved Jumbo! I had many chances to play with him over the years! He was not only a great player, but he was interested in helping those young players from our area progress so there would be people to carry on the musical culture of Louisiana. He was a great guy! |

He is my favorite artist. You can find his fabulous works at www.ericwaugh.com. Prints of his work are often for sale on Ebay. I bought my first one while on a cruise. At that time I had no clue that he did music and arts subject matter. It was a wonderful little cat sitting on a chair. Since that time I have added several more to my collection, some of which are now being displayed in my bandroom at school. | |

| That's the guy! I checked him out on his website and browsed through his paintings, thinking that the style was so similar to the painting I own. After searching on ebay, I found the very one that I have hanging in my office! This is it http://cgi.ebay.com/WAUGH-Eric-JAM-S...QQcmdZViewItem I found it at a flea market in Daytona Beach, Florida a couple summers ago. I actually found three of the same one in different sizes, including one that was 3D, but that one was more than I was willing to spend at the time. It was so cool, though, and I wish I had gotten it. But the one I got came in this gorgeous huge frame, and I got the deal for $99. I love having that as the focal point in my office. I never could read the signature, but now I know - thanks again! |
