| I wonder if the judge would feel differently if his daughter had been raped repeatedly over the course of 4 yrs. The judge needs to be removed from the bench, and decisions like this are what spark the mandatory minimum sentences that judges seem to dislike .  |

What about the punishment he gave that girl and her family and future spouse for the rest of their lives? Bah. Trumpet players should rule everything and the world will be at peace.

| i see the judge's point (puts on welders mask and armor to protect againts flaming) but i think he took it a little too far.
