| Time for Michigan's lawmakers to tighten the noose. I can't stand when I see some knucklehead talking on a cell phone while driving let alone text messageing; Not smart! I admit I do talk on my cell phone while driving every now and then. But I utilize a hands free device that allows me to keep my attention focused on the road where it belongs. I also don't make a habit of talking while driving. Stupid kid; no common sense.
