The first time I heard this I was on my laptop while taking a break from studying in the school library. I got some strange looks...

I have this visual image of pubescent squirrels after way too much coffee.

Dear Lord!

I feel as though I've just witnessed a train wreck, plane crash, and Tsunami all at the same time and at the same place.

Wow.... That was a bit out of context. Interesting non-the-less but not quite my cup of tea!

I'd rather hear Glenn's 4th grade class playing musically.

For those that don't quite "get it" , that clip is of the "Tasteebros", which consists of two trumpet players. Scott "Scooter" Englebright (former lead player for Maynard Ferguson), and Donny Dyess. They do things like this strictly for laughs.

Those of us that do "get it" know who they are and still don't like it.

Even some of us jazz and lead guys.

I have put this on my phone and every trumpet student is being "educated" this year. Some have run away screaming (no joke) others have been helpless with laughter - the only decent thing about Christmas

I played it to the Director of Music at one of the schools I work in, suggesting that I had an idea as to how to improve the trumpets parts that we have to play next week.
He walked off "tutting"
I might still have a job there

The music majors on my floor got a kick out of that. I wonder if the tasteebros will be making a new one this Christmas...

The crazy thing about that clip is that it starts off pretty straightforward [square]. You think; "Ah....Nice trumpet fanfare.".....

Then............All heck breaks loose!

The first time I heard it, I darn near wet myself...
