For the past 50 years, there have been many under-recognized "West Coast" jazz musicians. The concert will honor and feature their contributions to the development of our country's original music.
Featuring the USM Faculty Jazz Ensemble: Christopher Oberholtzer, trombone; Trent Austin, trumpet; Bill Street, saxophone; Ryan Parker, piano; Gary Wittner, guitar; Bronek Suchanek, bass; Les Harris, Jr., drums; and Michelle Snow, vocals. Tickets: $15 for general public; $10 for faculty and seniors; $5 for students.
