| Vendor Email Rant So, in the past week I have contacted a couple of online "trumpet accessory" vendors by email (I won't say which ones, right now) and have gotten no response of any kind. These are not mega-stores, but well established, known vendors none the less. So, why do vendors put email addresses on their web sites if they are not going to answer email? This annoys me so much that I may just have to take my business elsewhere, even though I'm about 99% certain the vendor can sell me what I need. Anyone else experience this? Greg PS - I find this where I work too. I just don't understand why people can't acknowledge that they at least received your email and will get back to you when they have a chance. |

| Re: Vendor Email Rant I'm still waiting for a cleaning kit I ordered in Nov.? (it's been so long I forget) from Music 123. They do however spam my email addy with all kinds of offers for stupid stuff. |

| Fortissimo User | Re: Vendor Email Rant Ditto 40Cal's experience. The best responses I've had via internet have occurred when I contact a specific person at the retailer (who is "bricks and mortar" but maintains a web presence) by email. Then things seem to flow much more smoothly and quickly. |
