People in my area of Minnesota are taking these mid-term elections very seriously. My voting place opened at 7 this morning. I got there at 6:45, and there already was a long line. Usually, you can get in and out within 15 minutes.

Minnesota (like a lot of other states) has a lot riding on this election. New Gov (hopefully)......

It will be interesting to see if the recent problems with "certain" republican legislators will come back to bite them.

Remember the impaler? Too bad he isn't on the ballot. Maybe I can write him in. The current Gov wants to rape my pension plan and balance the budget on the backs of state employees. The potential Gov is a thug, jerk and his kids are a bunch of a-holes.

Impaler all the way....hopefully he can get out of prison in time.

Mid Term Elections Mike...

"We the people" are electing new congressional representitives, Senators, and in some states Governers as well as other local positions such as mayor, city council person etc...

It will be interesting to see what tomorrow will bring....

I think that if the US Senate and US Congress both turn into to Democrat majorities our government will be at a stand off for the next two years on just about eveything; however I could be wrong.

I guess we'll see....
