Re: WD40 - It's Uses and Base Ingredient - FYI

Ted,
thank you. Next time someone paints my Monette Prana 3 red, I won't get mad. I'll buy a can of WD40, clean it off and then make the idiot that painted my horn drink the rest. We will see what whater dinsplecement does!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do not use WD40 to lubricate. It is a solvent. Use it to unstick things. There is nothing in it that will aid the upper register!

Re: WD40 - It's Uses and Base Ingredient - FYI

I've heard some folks rub the stuff in their joints to ease arthritis. Personally, I'm not that cheap. Secondly, I don't find the cost of valve oils prohibitive for my brass instruments to utilize toxic WD-40. But each to his own! I'm not one to use urine in my hair though some tout its benefits.

Australia is full of ex-convicts and has nasty, deadly spiders that hide in your shoes. If Australia was a desirable place, Elvis and Michael Jackson would have moved there.

New Zealand has nice, fluffy sheep and wonderful mountains; Tasmania has interesting marsupials.

Olivia Newton-John was cute, though.

before and after statehood in alaska 1959 , anyone running from the law or just running for change and better wages, ran to alaska. it is a very big state.
easy to fit in, everyone was from someplace , today our outlook is good for a few more years , our last earthquake was a 5.8,,26 miles down, about 40 miles away , a shallow one

Nasty? What, the ones that hide in your shoes? Nahh, the nasty ones hide under the toilet seat (less venomous than the one's in your shoes but I reckon they have a pretty nasty attitude). Just a thought, of the ten most venomous snakes and spiders - the Great Land of Oz has a large percentage of each - we use them for hunting down foreigners.

Olivia Newton-John still is cute.

And of course - then there is Ted, and Peter, and Stu, and Hitman, and about 19,999,996 others. Doesn't get much better than that.
