 | Welk Show 10/17/09 For the few of you who missed the Welk show Saturday night I thought I'd recap it for you. A rousing tribute to country USA. Some fine performances and colorful costumes. Pretty much sums it up. The Welk show, how America should be. |

| Re: Welk Show 10/17/09 I love that show, hated it when I was younger. My wife always groans, the schmaltzy over the top showmanship and gaudy costumes but I just love to watch the band.

| Re: Welk Show 10/17/09 Believe it or not A.N.A., some folks don't like Welk. I know, what heathens they must be, but it is a fact. I've been trying to promote the show ever since I was outed by ChopsGone a while back. No more closet Welk admirer any more, I'm out and proud. |
