Welk Show Report

It's time for the weekly Welk Show Report. For the few of you who don't watch consider this a public service message. Todays show is a tribute to Perry Como and I must say was fantastic. The band has some wonnerful pieces well arranged and for us trumpet guys some nice playing was showcased. I found Bobby and Sissy's dance piece somewhat different but other than that what a show.

Still one of my favorite shows for its variety format. For those who remember the cast for all those shows and want to learn more about them, I would recommend this link:

It was very nostaligic and interesting to read about the cast then and now. Many have passed away, but certainly not our memories of the musical pleasure they brought to the world.
