That's the dedication of the Welsh fan.

....the guy has mental instability in the family apparently...I only heard about it last night in rehearsal. He lives about 20 miles away. After he did it he put on a Scots kilt, walked into the rugby club, lifted up his kilt and showed what he had done. It's great beating the English but celebrating like this is nuts!
