What to do in San Francisco?

I'm thinking about taking the family on vacation to San Francisco this summer. What is there to do in Frisco? Any good place to hear jazz?

Mike

Jailhouse rock at Alcatraz?
(sorry, I just couldn't resist........).
My sister lives in SF and we did hear some jazz - I think it was a place called Pearl's. I am sure that you will have no problems finding something good!
The chocolate factory (Ghirardelli) is worth visiting.
