Where I've been (as if you don't have enough time to waste)

Hey all,

Happened to be dropping through randomly. Without wasting anymore time than you already have by clicking on this, I'm not an active trumpet player anymore, but have focused my time now on bass, playing... *gasp* ...metal, and recording a one-man project. Yeah, kind of a strange crossover to the dark side for those of you who used to know me, but I always had some sort of deep resentment for those guys for playing the music that I always wanted to play, deep down, thus the crossover. These days though, I'm active in my own fusion influenced technical metal project and have pondered whether parts would sound good with trumpet or not, which may irk me to take it up again at least part time. I'm about to graduate college with a degree in flight management, and in the short term will probably work as a flight instructor before moving up in the ranks.

Anyways, just dropping the note to let you guys know I'm not dead. Do as you wish, but I don't expect any of you to respond out of necessity, 'twas more interested just in dropping the note and running than actually proceeding through with a full trumpet fanfare, no pun intended.
