Working on upgrading the forums... This issue is most likely related to the cookies settings.

When you bring up the CHAT room, click on the red ball (upper right), then login as you normally would (it will ask you for your user/password)
Then it should work just fine. Working on the cookies issue as we speak.

You have to alter your user CP to allow you to use R/P/S. It's in usergroups in your user CP. No-one is banned, you just have to join so that those people not interested do not have to see the topics being discussed.
