1/2 step flat

I recently read on Trumpet Review that some of these horns
were made a FULL 1/2 step flat. Gee, could this really be true?
I also read on another website that when the customer called Alex
to bring this to his attention , this jerk said that it must be the players fault
and was actually rude and insulting . Of course Alex was on the phone
and said a lot of things he probably wouldn't have the guts to say in person. What a JERK!
BUT in all these glowing reviews that the zeusters post , you never hear about what a JERK this guy ALEX is .
Well how about it REV, is this true ? How about you MUSIC AND CHARACTER,or even you ZEUSFAN. Pray tell does zeus make horns that are a FULL1/2 STEP FLAT and then insult thier customers?

BLESSINGS

D MANN

Yes, the first batch of C's were off, and that is the responsibility of the manufacturer, not the company that sells the horn. The horn was later replaced and discounted besides that.

Big D,
Out of curiosity, have you played a ZeuS?

Do you think this guy has played one?

If he said he did, would you believe him?

To date he has been obnoxious and cannot get facts straight.

Boring

Hey Jim, I asked him before, but he ignored the question. So, I'm guessing that he has never had the privelage of playing a Zues. I'm just waiting for the Steel Cage to say anything else. This should be fun
