The 2008 Bach Strad / Dillon Music Trumpet Contest is HERE!
Have you ever imagined what your “Dream Trumpet” might look like? Are you giddy about gold plating? Bonkers about French beads? Looney about leadpipes?
Dillon Music and TrumpetMaster.com want to know what makes up your “Dream Trumpet”. Tell us, in 250 words, or less what makes your current trumpet perfect, or what you would have done to make your trumpet everything you would want it to be.
Our expert staff, along with the designers at Vincent Bach, will read and judge your entries. We will publish the more interesting ones, and all will go into a drawing for some great prizes, including
1st Prize: A standard model Bb or C Bach Stradivarius trumpet in lacquered brass or silver plated finish customized by the Bach Custom Shop at Dillon Music.
2nd Prize: Bach leather single gig bag (HLBL1)
3rd Prize: Bach Gold-Plated Trim Kit for Bach Stradivarius Trumpet & Cornet (1811G)

Yes!!!! It's finally here. I wish everyone Good luck on this quest. I hope they don't judge on writing skills, but really focus on the "Dream Trumpet". I just don't want to have to hire a professional writer...lol

Could there be a list of Conn-Selmer parts posted? I know what I want in a trumpet but I'm not sure if Conn-Selmer has specific parts for it.
Thanks

That would be most helpful. I might end up being OK anyway, but a list of parts would help a lot of people.
