65Strad has a spectacular aura about
Bach Contest Horn Finished! almost..

This has been a long time coming but I finally got my custom Strad back and it is so far beyond my expectations that I can't even describe it. Although my specs have never been on a production horn before, this plays beautifully, and it's truly a one of a kind.

I'll be sending it back to Bach in about a week or so (I want to play it first) then they will lacquer it and I post more pics.

Thanks to Tedd Waggoner for making this exactly as I envisioned it!

That horn is perfect. Wish they made a production model that looked like that.

Do you know if Conn Selmer will do the nickel valve casings on a custom build order?

If that's raw brass, you better hurry sending it for lacquer. It is changing color by the hour.
