Callet trumpet refunds and update

This is Lee Adams from Callet Trumpets.
In late May and Early June of 2006 Due to various health issues I turned over operations management to a new owner/buyer.
Although there had been some longer than normal delays slowing down production on some trumpet orders. I was at that point reasonably staying in touch with everyone with frequent updates on progress with their horn orders.

Unfortunately a number of customers orders have not been completed or shipped since my departure.
And on 10/24/06 I took back over the management and ownership of Callet trumpets.

Please accept my sincere apology while I try to correct the problems.

I AM ISSUING FULL REFUNDS IMMEDIATELY BY EXPRESS MAIL TO ALL WHO WANT THEIR MONEY BACK AND DON'T WANT TO CONTINUE ON WITH THEIR ORDERS.
Also any mouthpiece orders that have possibly fallen through the cracks please let me know.

Contact me with your current address info at adams7242@bellsouth.net or at 404-316-4072

Best Regards
Lee Adams

Lee,
I used to play on a Callet Superchops and it was a great horn. Had to get rid of it for $$ and stuff, but anyways. I was always impressed by how you were topnotch in dealing with customers and problems. Your post just reminded of how good you are. I just think the trumpet community wishes that other people/companies had the same dedication you do. Thank you from me!

Take care.
Tim
