has any one else had trouble getting ahold of these guys? they dont seem to answer the phone or reply to emails.

They have been at the ITG Conference. Normally, they are easy to get in touch with.

One should just see where their factory is! Even I, who live backwoods myself, consider Decatur, Tennessee about as backwoods as you can get it around here. Its a very efficient workplace they've got running though.
