You may be big and ugly , but you've got a LOT of great horns still to build.

Flip,

Get well and take care. You should stay off those treadmills, they seem to be bad for your health :)

yo Flip i had one bout three years ago.

it made me give up the junk food and eat healthy.

I'd say don't try to come back real fast, take your time and ease back into it.

get lots of rest and i hope you can make a complete recovery.

Flip,

Have a speedy recovery, so sorry to hear about what happened. I'm afraid it could happen to me. (I get out of breath all the time and don't exercise.)

Hope you're back on the horn and playing better and feeling better than ever very soon.

Stick to the diet and do the cardio rehab and you'll come through like a champ. I'll add my prayers to the list also.

Best regards,

Dave
