Getzen Customer Service

I just want to give props to the entire team at Getzen on their excellent customer service. I recently had a need to have some repair work performed on one of my horns and it was completed quickly with attention to detail and quality. Mary Rima was most helpful and professional. Getzen not only makes fine instruments that are second to none but also carries their commentment to quality beyond the sale. Thanks again!

I second that. Never before have had had such service from any manufacturer of any product. Great horns made better with an even greater customer support. I've also previously gotten fantastic service from Mary and I'm 1000's of miles away from her.
