"Holton Loyalist" site gone?

For the past hour I have been trying to access the relatively new "Holton Loyalist" Web site that I have visited several times in the past few weeks, Holton Loyalist.com - Dedicated to the Frank Holton & Co.; Makers of High Grade Band Instruments, but now my computer tells me that there is no such site.
Does anybody know what happened to it?

Works for me also, Morris. Sometimes browsers can get ornery!

I can now access Holton Loyalist with no problems at all.
Earlier I kept getting messages from Google saying that no such site can be found and offering alternate sites.
Ain't technology wonderful?
Probably an omen of things to come when Social Security will say that they can find no record of my existence and so they don't feel obligated to pay me anything...

Isn't there a bill in congress on this very subject?. Would help to balance the budget! I have been getting a lot of connection problems recently, and have to do a couple of refreshers for things to work.

There's always busking (as I keep telling myself, when I start thinking about the system simply going bankrupt).

I was given an old broken Frank Holton 45 Wis. The valves work and all parts are there, The lead pipe is un-sodered and tunning slide is broken. The bell is badly bent but repairable. The serial number is 157850. The question is whether or not this poor old horn is worth reparing, I would guess it would be worth it for the love of the horn. It has the orginal mouth piece and horn case. Sincerely, Leland B. Tanquary

Because I am the world's worst trumpet player, it would be more likely that people would pay me to *not* play.

A type of "protection racket".

"You don't want to pay me the money, me and the boys will show up at your house and play "Maria" on your front lawn..."

this can only be determined by getting quotes for the repairs from more than one technician. If, in YOUR opinion that old artist grade trumpet will be worth the cost of the repairs to you as a player, or, if its collectibility will be enhanced by those repairs.

The leadpipe being unsoldered is no big deal to repair, BUT, if it is badly twisted or bent it will be expensive to renovate and, usually will require a costly replacement. You don't tell us in what way that the tuning slide is broken, thus, no estimate there. The "badly bent bell" also leaves us wondering just how badly bent is it and what will be required to bring it back to normal again.

Thanks OLDLOU for your response. I really admire your wonderful listed horn collection, fantastic. Yes, I'll need to take it in for a cost estimate. I really like using the Frank Holton mouthpiece 60 A on my old contempora trumpet. It just seems to play well and is very comfortable for me over my other trumpet mouthpieces. Thank you for sharing, Sincerely, Leland B. Tanquary
