I picked up a new axe

Well, it is new to me at least.

After consulting with persons who are a lot more well informed than I am I picked up a used Monette STC Bb from Thompson Music.

This horn rocks.

Pics to follow.

That is all.

Re: I picked up a new axe

I'm sure you'll have fun! I bought a used Monette Bb from them a couple years ago...they seem like a good place to deal with.

Awaiting pictures!

Jason.

Don't you need a permit to carry one of those?

What caliber is it and how much does it weigh? Does it have polymer grips?

Clarence,

To quote the greatest movie ever, "OVER THE LINE!!!!"

40cal-

Congrats, man. Thompson is a great guy to work for and I'm sure you'll enjoy your new horn. I can't wait for the pics. I've got a "new" Monette Bb on loan from a friend. We'll have to get together and play duets some time.
