| Jooleo by Galileo Anyone have experience playing a Jooleo by Galileo Brass (Germany)?? What little I heard here in the states suggests it's a very good trumpet but I'd like to know more about it. Please let me know what you think about this horn---<Rick |

| I played it briefly at the ITG conference. The construction quality was exceptional. It's a beautiful horn. At the time I was playing a Yamaha Z and was looking for a responsive horn, like the Z, with better intonation a build quality. The Galileo fulfilled the quality piece, but it wasn't as responsive as I was looking for. I didn't connect with the horn, so I didn't spend much time with it, but it was clearly a good horn with excellent intonation and super looking. If I recall correctly, they had their standard weight horn there. The horn that I tried was closer a Bach than a Schilke, if that helps. Sorry, but I can't be much more specific due to my short exposure to the horn.. Dave |
